aaaAs it becomes increasingly obvious that the Constitution of the State of
Pennsylvania and the Constitution of the United States are being ignored,
violated, and trampled on, we find it necessary to establish the Eastern Pennsylvania Militia 1st Division.
aaaIt shall be the sworn duty of this Militia to protect, defend, support,
uphold and obey the Constitutions of the State of Pennsylvania and the United
States of America. Notice is hereby given that violations of either the State
or National Constitution, by any alliance, nation, power, state,
organization, agency, office, or individual shall be met with a fierce and
determined resistance.
aaaIt shall also be the duty of this Militia to provide each member with a
thorough working knowledge of Constitutional rights and a good
understanding of State, Local, and Federal Government. The Militia shall at
all times assist members who wish to contact their elected representatives.
The command staff of the division shall inform the brigades of any pending
legislative action that may be of concern to the Militia.
aaaIt shall also be the duty of the Militia to continually strive for a high
state of preparedness for a number of situations that may arise. These
situations include, but are not limited to: invasion by a foreign power,
invasion by foreign soldiers under multinational command, suspension of
Constitutional rule, natural and man-made disasters, support of
Constitutionally legitimate State and Local Government agencies, search
and rescue situations, and any other number of emergencies.
aaaThe Eastern Pennsylvania Militia 1st Division shall, at all times, act with the highest standards of decency and honor.
